Intermediate
Students at this level can:
Use more advanced grammatical phrases to create more complex dialogues.
construct whole sentences that clearly describe topics from the past, present, and future.
Often, all these students need is a little additional English instruction to prepare them for more advanced English circumstances, such as Business English or Academic English.
Students at this level have typically acquired English after school at various centres and have maintained some information and can use it to get by in everyday settings, but they struggle when conversing or writing for university level or sophisticated business transactions.
Students will be able to successfully have complicated discussions with most native speakers after three months at Intermediate, and will be able to make themselves understood on a more sophisticated level both written and spoken.
Often students who finish Intermediate can attempt IELTS and can get an IELTS Band 4.0-5.0, depending on how hard they work.
